Everyone at one time or another has had a nice t-shirt or collection of t-shirts that they enjoyed wearing over everything else in their wardrobe and then one day after washing, you noticed that the t-shirts do not look or fit the same. What happened?

How To Wash Your T-Shirts And Keep Them Looking New
Keeping t-shirts looking their best from the day you bought them can be a bit of a hassle but with the proper steps you can learn to keep your t-shirts looking their best for a longer period of time. Remember that getting the most out of your t-shirts can also depend on the quality and thickness. The better the quality, the longer the t-shirts look there best.

Very important before washing! Please Read.
Read the tags on each of your t-shirts so that you can wash them accordingly.
Separate whites from colors. You don't want your whites mixed with your colors, especially if you're going to be using bleach.
Step One
Some of us don't have time and just separate and throw the t-shirts in the washer without observing the stains. Make a point that if you don't be observant, you will never get the clean results that you're looking for.
Take a close look at your t-shirts when separating them. Look for stains. Place the most stained t-shirts in one pile and the least stained in another. The goal here is to find out which t-shirts need the most attention. Start off with you whites first and then work your way toward your colors.
Step Two
Apply a quality commercial stain remover according to its directions. Then Let the t-shirts lie awhile, so that the stain remover can work into the fabric before you wash them. Remember to read and follow the directions closely on the stain remover before you use it.
Step Three
Make sure that before washing your t-shirts that you turn any t-shirts with designs or pictures on them inside out. Once this is done were ready to wash!
The t-shirts that have the least tough stains or no stains at all should be loaded and washed in cold water. Remember to use a good commercial detergent and read the directions before using.
Step Four
Load the t-shirts that have the toughest stains in washer and use the warm water setting. If you see the stains to be extreme then use the hot setting. Remember to use a good commercial detergent and read the directions before using. If you're using bleach for you whites, use a good commercial brand and remember to follow the directions. Placing too much can damage your t-shirts.
Step Five
The drying stage
After you wash your t-shirts, you want to make sure that you use good drying techniques so that your shirts don't shrink or stretch. The best way to avoid your t-shirts from shrinking is to tumble dry or hang them to dry directly after washing.
Tumble dry
Load the t-shirts into the dryer and switch the setting to tumble dry. Tumble dry simply means that you will be drying without any heat. Your t-shirts will tumble until they are dry or close to dry. You want to tumble dry your t-shirts until they are near dry and a little damp. So check your t-shirts periodically until they are ready.
Next, remove the t-shirts from the dryer and hang them up to finish drying. Remember; do not put the hanger through the neck hole. This will most likely dry with the neck hole stretched a bit. What we suggest is to get a hanger with the hooks on the side so that you can hook the sides of each sleeve on to it and then hang it up to dry. Make sure that when you hook your t-shirts that they are secure; otherwise they may fall on the floor and get dirty. After they are completely dry, iron them and fold.
No time to tumble dry? Just Hang Dry
When you hang your t-shirts to dry strait from the washing machine, do not put the hanger through the neck hole. This technique will take more time for your shirts to dry since they will be so wet but the result is the same as tumble-drying. After they are completely dry, iron them and fold.
Some of the steps above can take some time and patience but you will be on your way to getting the most out of you t-shirts.

When you move in your sleep you must have a pillow with slots or sleeves for your arm or an attachment that keeps you off your back, in a snit position, elevated from the waist up or in whatever position your condition requires. If it does not secure you in some way it does not matter what is stated, it will not benefit you if you move off the pillow in your sleep. Also even if the pillow has the attachments and you do not use them you will not benefit if you move in your sleep.

Snoring & Mild Sleep Apnea - Positional? Pillow, Shirt, Vest, Backpack & Brace Performance Explained
Shirts, Vests and Backpacks have the advantage over pillows of allowing freedom of movement in bed while asleep. As long as it is of a good design (some input below) you can be fairly confident you will not roll onto your back while asleep. Unlike pillows you know there is some resistance behind your back but you also have freedom of movement and to move your arms. This is a huge benefit to a user with rotor cuff repair, a shoulder problem, a toss and turn sleeper or everyone that moves at all in their sleep.

Shirts, Vests, Backpacks and Body Braces with limiting on the back mechanisms also need to be evaluated when it comes to keeping you reliably off your back. Many allow you to almost reach a supine position before they either become uncomfortable (ball or hard foam) or are positioned on the lower area of back to allow shoulder to twist toward bed and therefore head to be facing upwards (tongue and tissues fall back and may obstruct airway. The general recommended placement of the limiting mechanism is between shoulder blades on the spinal area where even if the lower upper body twists toward bed your shoulder will stay elevated and your head will lay sideways and tongue and tissue will fall to the side of mouth which will help the airway stay clear.
Many use a t-shirt to accomplish this task. At home try a t-shirt on backwards with a ball in pocket (even though the pocket will not be centered on the spine) and simulate movement in your sleep by rolling back and forth from side to side on your bed and see how long the pocket stays in place. Try the same thing with a pajama top on backwards (have your partner button it). This type of top will not easily stretch (like a t-shirt) and will normally be better at keeping limiter on or near spine.
Vests are not as dependable in keeping limiter on spine as a shirt but depending on limiter dimensions and placement perform similar and they should not be made of stretch type materials.
Body Braces like pillows must be of a good design to reliably keep you off your back.
Backpacks will in most cases work well keeping you off your back and if designed only for sleeping can be comfortable and reliable.
Also of great importance is the design of the limiter. Some use Air Bladder. Some use Flexible Type Foam. Some use Hard Foam. Some use a Wiffle or Tennis Ball (which will not usually be sized within the shown guidelines). Size of Limiter including depth and width or diameter should be at least ¼ to 1/3 of width across shoulders ( in other words somewhere between 5" and 9") (depth and width or diameter)and being 10" to 15" in length for most users. This in most circumstances will prevent rolling onto your back while asleep. The limiter also needs to begin at shoulder blade area and extend along spinal area towards lower back for better outcomes.
I have slept with all of the above and the most dependable and comfortable for me were the Air Bladder and Flexible Foam. Advantage of Air Bladder is weight. Disadvantages are that Air Bladder feels a little stiff and may leak which can become aggravating. Advantages of Flexible Foam are long useful lifespan with a reliable consistent pillow feel. Disadvantage is when not laying in bed there is more weight to foam than air bladder.
Backpacks, Shirts and Vests with frontal attachment mechanisms are also easier for users to put on and take off especially with the limiter on back.
With most positioning products available today only Air Bladder and Flexible Foam are designed to keep you off your back while not disturbing your sleep.
In conclusion, there is plenty of detailed information available about Positive Pressure, Dental Devices and Surgery available. When it comes to Positioning there is very little with the exception of using the old method of sewing a pocket on the middle of the back of a tee shirt and inserting a tennis ball in it. An inclusion of the importance of the above type of products to positional therapy would appear to benefit the sufferer of some sleep conditions. These products while not necessarily limited to the following include pillows, shirts, backpacks and braces. Any of which may benefit the positional patient.
The reality is that there are devices being marketed that are priced very reasonable, are comfortable and work for many positional sufferers which may not have some of the drawbacks that other therapies might have.

Cotton cloth arrived in Hawaii with traders and this was also utilized in the manufacture of Hawaiian clothing. Some of the more distinctive styles and clothing types began to develop and the range of motifs and patterns used began to widen.
One of the most distinctive Hawaiian shirts is known as the Aloha shirt which originated in the 1920s or 30s. Originally featuring colorful silk brought from Japan and the Aloha shirt was comfortable and light to wear in hot weather.
The Hawaiian Aloha shirt sports short sleeves for coolness and is usually worn outside the trousers. The Aloha shirt increased the trend towards distinctively Hawaiian designs and print colors, and most Hawaiian shirts now feature local designs including local tropical plants and scenes from the islands.
Cotton was the predominant material used for Aloha shirts but this was followed by other materials including silk. Silk Aloha shirts are beautiful shirts but Rayon is common today as it is cheaper than silk but has many of the same qualities.
And of course Aloha shirts are available for women, including plus size women. Rayon Hawaiian shirts in plus sizes make popular summer wear for larger women around the world.
However it is not just Hawaiian shirts that are popular with plus size women. Many of the distinctive Hawaiian styles make wonderful Hawaiian plus size dresses. Styles often flow over the waist without being pulled in and therefore accommodate a much wider range of sizes. The sarong and the muumuu are two specifically Hawaiian styles which are very accommodating to the larger woman and which look great on many different shapes. Combine the style with the eye catching colors and prints unique to Hawaii and the larger woman has many options when looking for plus size Hawaiian dresses.

Upper Chest - Incline Dumbbell Flyes
This exercise focuses on building up your upper chest muscles which is particularly useful in covering up the collar bone, which can be notable on skinny guys.
Lie down on an inclined bench and grab 2 dumbbells, one in each hand. With palms facing inward toward one another, lift them up slowly and bring them together above you in an arcing motion, (imagine you are hugging a tree). At the top of the motion try to squeeze your chest muscles by tensing them for a second or two. This will maximize your effort and help to build a stronger ripped line down the middle of your chest.
Lower them back down and repeat. Aim for 3 sets of 8-12 reps to get a ripped chest.
Middle Chest - Barbell Bench Press
The classic chest exercise this is a golden oldie and a fantastic one for those who are looking at how to get a ripped chest.
Lie back flat on a weights bench (no incline this time), and with hands slightly more than shoulder-width apart, lift the barbell off the rack and slowly lower to about 2 inches above your chest. Don't touch your chest with the bar as this can stress out your shoulders. Push the bar explosively back up to the start position and repeat.
Perform 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

Most browns are also a pour choice to wear with your black suit as the two colors seem to class a bit and make you look a bit dull and boring. That being said here are some combination's that look great with that black dress shirt.
Khaki pants in almost any shade except those tending to be more brown than tan will look great with your black shirt. Combine the pants with black shoes and belt.

Now that you have your graphics all printed out, cut them carefully while trimming as close to the edges of the image as possible. To make things easier on you, use a background that has color so you can easily cut around the shape efficiently.
The next step is to set the press following the instruction for the particular type of material, transfer paper and machine that you have. In order to do this you will need to do three things; you will need to set the temperature, pressure and the time for each t-shirt. As soon as you have these set, you will be ready to start making t-shirts.
To actually get under way, place the center of an image on a t-shirt. Use some kind of alignment tool like a ruler to make sure it is completely center. Some other ways you can center your image on the shirt include folding the shirt in half lengthwise or using a t-square.
One of the last steps for how to use a t-shirt heat press is to place the image ink-side down on the t-shirt while placing them on top of the Teflon pad inside of the press. By placing the Teflon sheet on top of the shirt you will avoid having the rubber in the machine stick to the shirt. Finally, lock the press and follow the timing instructions for each heat press.
As soon as the necessary time is complete the press should unlock on its own. Follow the directions to see whether you need to have the shirt and image cool or if you should remove the transfer paper while hot. As soon as you do pull back the transfer paper, allow the shirt 24 hours to cool and dry. As long as you follow the directions carefully you will have no problem creating your own t-shirts.

How to Open Up a T-Shirt Printing Business and Survive the First Year - Part One

There could be a lot more depending on how you will break into this field. Don't overlook the possibility of screen printing for other promotional items such as coffee mugs, bags, pens... basically anything you can think of. Realize each will have it's own production needs.

We mentioned digital printing. In recent years digital imaging has gained in popularity as a method to get print onto a T-shirt. Since it is a new technology it can be quite pricey and don't expect to be able to pick up any used equipment. Traditionally screen printing is the way to print a T-shirt. Digital imaging is excellent for full color printing, although it may not be the best way to go if you have large scale needs, where you would be printing a large quantity of T-shirts. Traditional screen printing is excellent for the single color or two colors and also for short runs, such as custom T-shirts for a small business or bowling team perhaps. Quantity printing on a screen printing press is has a proven track record and will get the job done for you.
There are some more inexpensive ways to get started, although expect to sacrifice quality. Ink-jet printers and transfer paper comes to mind. This may be good for one or two T-shirts, but a quantity will be fairly pricey. A down to basics screen printing kit can be bought to get you started. This kits can work for the long term and produce excellent quality results. You can also build your own equipment, at least the frames and attach the screen. I worked in a shop in New York City who did things this way. They used basic dimension lumber, 2x3s or 2x4s to build their frames and then stapled the screen over that frame. Expect to shell out ,000 as a minimum to set up a traditional screen printing shop for printing T-shirts.
It may not be the fun part of opening up a business, but you do need a plan. I remember seeing a figure on how many business failed in the first year, it is most of them, but those without a solid plan were destined to fail, particularly because there was no set direction to move forward in. You plan should reflect the area you are in. If you live on the beach, and there is tourism, you should approach the local shops and plan to sell shirts with a beach theme to the tourists. You need to think things out and determine what your local market is. It very well may be your local University, local schools or even local clubs. The smaller markets can be camps, teams, leagues (especially in some areas bowling leagues), dart leagues and many other of these niche markets.
Pricing. You can't overprice your products. Even if you have a very unique item, phrase or whatever, you need to have a competitive price. Some items can get a buck or two more than others, especially when customized, but overall you can't charge more than people can shop elsewhere for the same type of item. Especially in this economy. You may do well to sell for a buck or two less and sell more to make more money. You should develop an hourly rate that you will charge for doing the work. You can also have a rate on a per shirt basis with a set-up charge for those smaller runs.
Shop around for suppliers and get prices from several. You will want to have more than just white shirts so get prices on all colors that are offered. Check for suppliers offering different quality levels and lots of colors. Pastels go over well with woman while men don't really care. Bright and "safety" colors are something you will mostly want to stay away from, although there certainly is a market for them. You just need to be able to sell to it.
You will need equipment, and then a space to put it. First decide what you will need for equipment so that you can get the right shop to fit your needs, and your people. Do not forget you will eventually want to hire help and everyone needs a place to be. Will you have an office as well or a store front? If you plan on selling right from your own operation you may need a sizable showroom, or at least a small office that is open to the public.
You will also need space for inventory. No matter how much space you get you can expect to fill it. It is recommended to not stock a lot of shirts. It is wiser to purchase what you need for a job and then print them. You can charge an up-front fee or deposit and use that to purchase the shirts. This way you won't have a lot of shirts on hand in a color or size that doesn't sell.
It may well take a year or more for any new business to show a profit. You will need to be able to float your boat during this time without expecting any income from your business. This may all sound scary but owning your own business is a great feeling and although you may wind up working long hard hours, you'll also have some freedom that others do not have when they go to their nine to five daily grinds.
There are a lot of places to buy screen printing equipment and supplies. Online and off should provide you with many choices. Online may prove to have the best selection and if you are looking for something in particular, or refurbished equipment with some sort of guarantee, shopping online may be the way to go.

Lower Chest - Decline Barbell Bench Press
In order to get a ripped chest you need to get that unmistakable definition at the bottom of the pecs, and the decline barbell bench press is a great way to do that.
Performed in much the same way as the standard bench press above, but this time with the bench declined so that your hips are higher than your chest. This will ensure that your lower chest muscles are worked more.
The barbell can touch your chest on this exercise as the stress placed on your shoulders is less than the standard bench press.
Perform 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

This technique will take more time for your shirts to dry since they will be so wet but the result is the same as tumble-drying. After they are completely dry, iron them and fold.
Some of the steps above can take some time and patience but you will be on your way to getting the most out of you t-shirts.

How to Use a T-Shirt Heat Press
As soon as you have your design all ready, the next step of how to use a t-shirt heat press is to use professional heat transfer paper to print the design on. It is vital you print with a color ink to get the full effects.
